When we first started looking to move from Kent in 2004 and discovered the plotlands, we were captivated by the feeling of tranquillity that is immediately felt as you turn up the private road. No more parking issues or noisy traffic, instead, relaxing in the garden and listening to the sound of birds. The little Burstead village has an active village Hall committee arranging events throughout the year in addition to a friendly Pub with good food. Nearby Billericay is a beautiful little town with a large selection of bars and restaurants in addition to many boutique shops.
